Digital Marketing Executive (Graduate)

Full time | Permanent

Are you a recent graduate with a passion for marketing and a desire to learn from seasoned entrepreneurs? LSI offers an exciting graduate opportunity to work directly with co-founders and senior team members, gaining insights into a full spectrum of marketing activities. This role will allow you to grow and develop your skills in a dynamic, innovative educational environment.

As a Digital Marketing Executive at LSI, you will support the team in delivering campaigns, organising events, and contributing to the overall marketing function. You will be exposed to various aspects of marketing, from digital campaigns to event planning, and will play a key role in enhancing LSI's brand presence.

Responsibilities

This is a dynamic role with a diverse set of responsibilities, including the following:

Campaign Execution: Assist in the planning, execution, and analysis of marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, email, PPC, etc.).
Video Production and Editing: Create and edit video content for marketing campaigns, social media, and events.
Social Media Management: Manage LSI’s organic social media presence (Instagram, TikTok, Meta, etc), including content scheduling, community engagement, and performance analysis.
Content Creation: Develop engaging content for various platforms, ensuring consistency with LSI’s brand voice and values.
Event Coordination: Support the organisation and promotion of events, including webinars, workshops, and conferences.
Market Research: Conduct research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for LSI.
Performance Reporting: Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing activities, using data to inform future strategies.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with co-founders and senior team members to align marketing initiatives with LSI's strategic goals.
Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and maintaining marketing databases.

Required experience / qualifications
